The Visitor Information Center is located directly on St-Pierre Boulevard, which is the main street. The center has one of the best views to observe Caraquet Bay and Chaleur Bay. This rest area gives you access to a multitude of services and information that will help you plan a stay that suits and stimulates you. In addition, during the summer season, the Billetterie Accès (ticketing service) is offered on-site. No one can come to see us without visiting the authentic Village historique acadien located in Bertrand, a living museum with bilingual interpreters who will make you live in one day 200 years of Acadian history. Located in the city center and integrated into the Carrefour de la Mer tourist complex, the Halte nautique (boat docking) is an ideal infrastructure for travelers and boaters who will find all the services of the city within a few hundred meters. With its ultramodern facilities, the Port de Caraquet site includes several services such as a café, restaurants, bars, a gift shop, the Quai des artistes, a dairy, a children’s park, as well as a pedestrian and bicycle path along the sea.
